The Prairie Lily is a classic-style double-decked riverboat, restroom-equipped and licensed, affording the perfect one-hour excursion for family and friends. We operate one cruise at 4:00  each afternoon in the summer, and also one tour at 6:30 each evening WHICH MAY BE LIMITED TO THE UPPER DECK WHICH IS OPEN TO THE WEATHER (because of charters in the main deck lounges).

The ship is available for boarding one half hour before departure.

The Prairie Lily takes her guests for a one-hour cruise along the South Saskatchewan River downtown in Saskatoon, under four of the City's seven bridges and past landmarks like the Castle on the River (the famous Bessborough Hotel). The ship has an enclosed cabin, an open upper deck, and refreshments are available onboard.

Things To Bring

The Prairie Lily has an enclosed cabin (heated when necessary) as well as an open upper deck. However, if it's raining or cool weather, you might want to bring an umbrella or light jacket if you want to enjoy the outer deck. 

Inclusions

Most scheduled cruises are available for pre-purchase throughout the season. However, some may not be made available for pre-purchase until two weeks before cruise date.

Cancellation Policy

Once a cruise has been booked and paid for, there are no refunds. If you do not show up to take your scheduled cruise on time, your unused voucher will, however, be honoured on a stand-by basis only for another scheduled cruise.

Departs

Daily in season, tours depart at 4:00 pm (boarding at 3:30) and 6:30 pm (boarding at 6:00 ALL TOURS DEPART ON TIME.

Pickup/Departure

The Prairie Lily leaves from Shearwater's docks on the river by the Mendel Art Gallery off Spadina Crescent. Good parking on site. Be sure to leave lots of time - all tours depart on schedule!

Drop-Off

The Prairie Lily returns to the departure dock near the Mendel Art Gallery.
